Shoot, my little 4-cylinder Ford Ranger gets pretty poky with a load of furniture. Judging from the size of the bed, it would be hard to fit a half-ton load unless you were hauling uranium. The Web site says the top speed for the Autorickshaw passenger vehicle is 40 miles per hour. I imagine a loaded pickup would go much slower.
