In a talk at Tufts University - which is the only school I know of that offers a degree in Peace and Justice Studies - Bush the Elder said unilateral action in Iraq might be bad news. The London Times story says, "Mr Bush Sr even came close to conceding that opponents of his son's case against President Saddam Hussein, who he himself is on record as loathing, have legitimate cause for concern."
